PLAN WITH CONFIDENCE

Accessibility planner

Practical information for planning an event-day visit, separated from the formal accessibility statement.

Before you travel

Check the latest route, parking, public transport and drop-off information before setting off.

Published entrance and access-point information will appear here when confirmed for the event year.

Collycroft Recreation Ground is an outdoor venue. Event-specific route and surface information will be published rather than assumed.

Accessible toilet and welfare locations will link directly to the event map when approved.

Find quieter places, seating/rest information and sensory guidance when these are confirmed.

Event guidance for assistance dogs will sit alongside the general dog rules and practical access information.

Bring legitimate medication you need. Current entry guidance explains how medication is handled without stigmatising visitors.

Event-day welfare, first aid and safeguarding routes remain easy to find from every practical access page.
