What do you need help with?

Visitor questions may already be answered through Plan Your Visit or Ask Party in the Park. Separate routes can be used for residents, accessibility, safeguarding, performers, traders, workshops, sponsorship, media and general enquiries where appropriate.

Urgent event-day help

If you are at the event and need immediate welfare or safeguarding assistance, use the event-day Help route or speak to an identifiable member of the event team rather than relying on a general website message.

Response expectations

Party in the Park is community-led and many people involved are volunteers. The website should make any published response times clear rather than promising instant replies where that cannot be guaranteed.
