Plan Your Visit

Party in the Park is free to attend, but a little planning can make your day easier. This hub brings together the practical information you may need before travelling to Collycroft Recreation Ground.

Before you set off

Check the latest opening times, travel and parking guidance, event entrances, weather and any important notices. If you are coming with children, a dog, mobility equipment or particular access requirements, use the linked planners to find the information most relevant to you.

When you arrive

The event map will help you locate stages, food and drink, toilets, welfare, accessibility facilities and other key areas once the approved site layout is published. Keep the Event Weekend page handy on your phone for quick links to Now, Next, Map, Food, Access and Help.

Need help?

Welfare, safeguarding, lost child or vulnerable person information remains easy to reach throughout the site. If you cannot find the answer you need, Ask Party in the Park or the Contact page will point you to the right route.
