Artists

Music, performance and local talent are a major part of Party in the Park. This area introduces performers connected with the current programme and the growing historical archive.

Current performers

Once approved, performer profiles can include a biography, performance day and time, stage or area, photographs and links to the artist’s official website or social media. Programme information remains connected to the management system so a schedule change does not require a theme rebuild.

Part of the archive

Past performers can remain on the site after an event has finished. Their profile can show the years in which they appeared and link back to the relevant event stories. That means the artist directory becomes part of the living history of Party in the Park rather than disappearing after each summer.
