Trade With Us

Trading at Party in the Park is an opportunity to meet families and visitors at a large community event in Bedworth. Applications are managed through the event’s operational system so availability, requirements and approvals can be kept current.

Before applying

Read the current trader terms and provide the information requested for your business or organisation. Food and drink traders may need to supply additional documentation appropriate to their activity. A submitted application is not confirmation of a pitch until it has been approved by the event team.

Once approved

Approved traders can receive event-day instructions, pitch information and practical requirements through the management process. Public trader profiles can then show visitors who is attending and link to an official website or social profile where supplied.

Local participation

Party in the Park has a history of creating opportunities for local traders. Any future local offers or reduced-price schemes will be published only when confirmed for that event year.
