Get Involved

There are many ways to be part of Party in the Park, whether you want to appear on stage, help behind the scenes or support the event from your business or community group.

Choose the route that suits you

Performers can use Perform With Us, traders can use Trade With Us, workshop providers can submit activities, volunteers can register interest and businesses can explore sponsorship and fundraising. Community organisations can also take part through the wider Community Hub.

Applications and approvals

Operational applications are handled through the event-management system where configured. This keeps documents, approvals, capacity and event-year information in one place while the website remains the public presentation layer.

Stay part of the story

After an event, confirmed performers, organisations and supporters can remain connected to the permanent historical archive rather than disappearing when the programme changes for the following year.
