Plan ahead
Confirmed guidance can cover entrances, accessible routes, surfaces, toilets, rest areas, viewing arrangements, assistance dogs, medication, welfare and ways to ask for help. The Accessibility Planner brings those details together in a simple format.
On the day
The event map can identify relevant facilities once the approved site layout is available. Important access changes can also be surfaced through Event Weekend mode.
Website accessibility
The website is being built to WCAG 2.2 AA principles, including keyboard access, visible focus, readable text, zoom and reflow, meaningful labels and reduced-motion support. The Accessibility Statement explains the current position and how to report a problem.
