Competition and prize-draw terms
The general rules we use as a baseline when Party in the Park runs a competition or prize draw.
Each competition should publish its own opening/closing dates, eligibility, method of entry, prize, judging or draw method, winner-contact process and any age/parental-consent rules. Entry must be free unless specific lawful terms clearly say otherwise. We may reject duplicate, automated, abusive, fraudulent or ineligible entries.
Where children can enter, the specific competition must include age-appropriate privacy and parent/guardian safeguards. Winner publicity will be proportionate and subject to applicable privacy requirements.
