Data rights & subject access
How to exercise UK data-protection rights in relation to information held by the event organisers.
Subject access
You can ask whether we hold personal information about you and request a copy. We may need reasonable information to locate records and confirm your identity. Routine subject access requests are not subject to the old £10 fee used in historic privacy wording.
Other rights
Depending on the processing, you may also ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request erasure or restriction, object to certain uses, ask for portable data or withdraw consent.

Safeguarding and third-party information
Some records may contain information about other people or safeguarding matters. The law can require us to withhold or redact parts of a response where an exemption applies.
