General information for people donating to or fundraising in support of Party in the Park.
Keeping the event free
Fundraising helps meet the genuine costs of putting on a free community event. We do not describe money as restricted to a particular item unless it is genuinely accounted for that way.
Third-party fundraising
If you organise your own activity, you are responsible for doing so safely, lawfully and with any permissions, insurance, licences or safeguarding arrangements your activity requires. Do not imply that you are an employee or authorised agent unless that has been agreed.
Online payments
Where payments are handled by an external payment or fundraising provider, its payment terms and privacy information may also apply.
