Performer terms
A clear baseline for artists and performers taking part in Party in the Park.
Final participation is subject to the approved management-system record, event-specific instructions and any written agreement. The detailed terms should cover performance times, technical requirements, conduct, permissions, safeguarding, publicity, cancellation and any agreed fees/expenses.
Applicants must provide accurate information, tell the organisers about material changes, follow lawful safety instructions and respect the event’s equality, safeguarding and community standards. Where a management system is used, applications and acceptance records remain controlled there rather than being duplicated in WordPress.
