Local Residents

Residents living around the event site need practical information before visitors arrive. This permanent hub is for neighbours as well as event attendees.

Before the weekend

Confirmed information can include event dates and opening times, build and breakdown activity, traffic or access changes, parking advice, noise information and any temporary arrangements that may affect surrounding streets.

During the event

Important notices can be published quickly through the event-status system. Residents should also have a clear route to contact the event team about urgent access, safety or site-related concerns.

Afterwards

Site restoration, litter and follow-up communication matter too. You Said, We Did can record recurring concerns and the practical changes made in response, helping the residents section become a year-round relationship rather than a last-minute noticeboard.
