Volunteer terms
A clear baseline for volunteers taking part in Party in the Park.
Final participation is subject to the approved management-system record, event-specific instructions and any written agreement. The detailed terms should cover role expectations, supervision, safeguarding, confidentiality, expenses where agreed, conduct, safety briefings and withdrawal from a role.
Applicants must provide accurate information, tell the organisers about material changes, follow lawful safety instructions and respect the event’s equality, safeguarding and community standards. Where a management system is used, applications and acceptance records remain controlled there rather than being duplicated in WordPress.
