Workshop provider terms
A clear baseline for workshop providers taking part in Party in the Park.
Final participation is subject to the approved management-system record, event-specific instructions and any written agreement. The detailed terms should cover activity risk management, age guidance, capacity, safeguarding, materials, accessibility, insurance, timings and cancellation.
Applicants must provide accurate information, tell the organisers about material changes, follow lawful safety instructions and respect the event’s equality, safeguarding and community standards. Where a management system is used, applications and acceptance records remain controlled there rather than being duplicated in WordPress.
